A macro-based template with food groups, portion guides, and 2–3 meal options per category. Not a meal plan — a framework you can actually sustain. Hybrid clients get weekly adjustments.
Do I need a gym membership?
Digital tier works with whatever equipment you have access to. Your program is built around your situation — home gym, commercial gym, or minimal equipment.
How do the weekly check-ins work?
You'll submit a weekly progress report (weight, training notes, how you're feeling). Shawn reviews it and responds with adjustments — within 48 hours, usually faster.

Yes. The intake form is designed to meet you where you are. Beginners get programs built for recovery-friendly movement patterns and sustainable progression. Experience level is always factored in.
